A Funeral Service for Sharon Lee Hensley of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Monday, June 29, 2015, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Tony DeWeese officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, June 28, 2015, from 5:00 until 8:00 pm, at the funeral home.

Sharon passed away June 24, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 71. She was born December 23, 1943, in Melrose Park, Illinois, the daughter of Phillip James and Rose Miller Pflug. She married Johnnie Hensley on November 2, 1974, at Norfork, Arkansas and was a homemaker. Sharon lived in Mountain Home since 1970, moving from Alabama. She was a member of the Van Matre Senior Center Music Group for their Friday night music. She enjoyed people, music, kids and cooking. Sharon treasured her husband, Johnnie, her four boys, her grandchildren and she says to "Remember me smiling".

Sharon is survived by her husband, Johnnie Hensley of Mountain Home, AR; four sons, Bill (Becky) Davis of Yellville, AR, Mike (Lindsey) Davis of Mountain Home, AR, Doug (Tammy Daffron) Davis of Gassville, AR and Jason (Delilah) Hensley of Flippin, AR; three brothers, Gary James of Illinois, Dennis James of Michigan and Daryl James of Illinois; two sisters, Dianne Carey and Judy Light both of Mountain Home, AR; eleven grandchildren, BJ, Bo, Cody, Jeremy, Myranda, Amanda, Taylor, Ethan, Hannah, JJ and Alyssa, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Pflug and fathers, Phillip James and Bill Pflug.

Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Bill Davis, Mike Davis, Doug Davis, Jason Hensley, Cody Spence, Bo Davis and BJ Davis as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Headley, Shane Light, David Hafer, Jody Hodges and Bruce DeWeese.

In lieu of flowers any donations may be made to the family.
