Richard Henry ''Dick'' Bauer of Clinton went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 22, 2015. He was born on February 13, 1930 in Saugus, NJ and reared in Camden, NJ, where he attended Merchantville High School. He attended Philadelphia Bible School and he remained a lifelong student of God's Word. Mr. Bauer faithfully ministered through Grace Bible Church as a choir member, volunteer recording engineer, and elder. After 35 years of service with AT&T, he retired from his position as Operations Supervisor. Mr. Bauer sang in the Mississippi Chorus several years. He enjoyed wood working.

Mr. Bauer is survived by his wife, Mrs. Robbie Ward Bauer; three sons, Richard W. Bauer and wife Tricia of Baton Rouge, Robin Bauer and wife Denise of Meridian, and Raymond Bauer and wife Angela of Jackson; sister, Marion Burt and husband Dayton of Fall River, MA. He was beloved ''Pop-Pop'' to grandchildren, Brad, Kristi, Craig, Amelia, Jeana, Cody, Matt, Emily, and 8 great-grandchildren. He was a treasure to the Ward family, a host of relatives and friends. Mr. Bauer was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Olive Bauer, Wife Jean Beasley Bauer, and sisters Ruth Hahn and Betty Vernamonti.

Visitation is Wednesday, June 24 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Wright and Ferguson, 106 Cynthia Street, Clinton. Also visitation at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 25 at Grace Bible Church, 380 Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland precedes the 2:00 p.m. service conducted by Rev. John Ward. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.
