She was born May 9, 1924 in Rockville, Indiana, the daughter of Burch T. and Ada Marie (Brockway) Clearwater.
She married Eugene E. Goodner on May 19, 1946 at St. James United Methodist Church in Danville. He preceded her in death on Dec. 4, 1972.
Mary later married Hiram E. Morrow in 1990 at Farmer's Chapel and he preceded her in death on Oct. 14, 2011.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and her brother, William Clearwater.
Mary is survived by her loving children, Becky (Carl) Goodner Chambliss, John (Linda) Goodner, Jeff (Julie) Goodner, Steve (Sara) Goodner, Ellen (Jim) Russell and Scott (Barbara) Goodner; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; two stepchildren and an abundance of nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends who loved her dearly.
Mary worked as a registered nurse at Lakeview Hospital and then went on to help even more patients as a nurse at Danville Manor. Even though she was an incredible nurse, she was an even better mother and always put her kids and family first. She was a member of Lakeview Alumni, AARP, and helped out with CRIS Meals on Wheels program.
Mary had a deep faith in the Lord and was a past member of Farmer's Chapel, Central Christian Church and Northside Church of Christ in Bismarck, and current member of Covington Orchard Hills Church of Christ.
