Jean K. Warns, age 85, of Walbridge, OH, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2010, at Waterford at Levis Commons, Perrysburg, OH.

On April 13, 1925, she was born to Wellington and Mildred (Hufbaur) Albertson in Oregon, OH. She grew up in Oregon Twp and graduated from Clay High School in 1943.

Jean married James Warns on June 15, 1946, in Toledo, OH and he survives. From 1954-1982 they lived on Benton Carroll Rd., Oak Harbor, OH, where they were members of St. John's Lutheran Church and James worked at Brush Wellman, Elmore, OH. In 1983 until 2010 they lived in Walbridge, OH and enjoyed wintering in Haines City, FL, until 1999.

She is a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Northwood, OH and in her spare time enjoyed square dancing, bingo, gambling, euchre, shuffleboard, bowling, knitting, painting and traveling.

Jean is survived by her husband: James, sons: Terry (Peng-li Liu) Warns of Ortonville, MI, Tim (Beth) Warns of Oak Harbor, OH, daughters: Sandi (Charles) Quattlebaum of Woodbine, GA, Debbie (Randy) Easton of Oregon, OH, 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, twin sister: June Vogtsberger of Bowling Green, OH.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister: Eunice Whitney.
