Price, Sr. of Harmontown, MS; three daughters, Ashley (Mike) Roberts of Oxford, MS, Angel Price of Como, MS and April (Aaron) Valentine of Lamar, MS; one son, Joe Price, Jr. of Como, MS; her mother, Dorothy Maxwell of Memphis, TN; one brother, Glen Maxwell of Memphis, TN; two sisters, Linda Evanoff of Hernando, MS and Sharon Eubanks of Como, MS; 7 grandchildren.
Her father, J. W. Maxwell, and one brother, Jimmy Maxwell, preceded Mrs. Price in death.
