Mrs. Wallace was born November 22, 1941, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Jewell and Eula Dell Tucker Cagle. She was reared and received her education in Gurdon, where she attended Gurdon High School.
She married Robert Keith Wallace September 5, 1958, in Clark County, Arkansas. Mr. Wallace passed away May 2, 2015.
Mrs. Wallace worked at Jenkins Memorial Center for many years and retired as Executive Secretary. She was also a certified Dietitian.
She was a member of Watson Chapel Baptist Church and a member of the Extension Homemakers. Mrs. Wallace enjoyed sewing, cooking, canning, and gardening. She also loved her birds and most of all her family.
She is survived by her two sons, Keith (Cindi) Wallace of White Hall, Ricky (Rhonda) Wallace of Watson Chapel; two sisters, Ruth Nix of Arkadelphia, Evelyn Marbury of Springdale; four grandchildren, Courtney Wallace, Bradley Wallace, Drew (Marilee) Wallace, and Taylor (Brittanie) Wallace.
Mrs. Wallace was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Keith Wallace, and a sister, Maxine Gosnell.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 23, 2015, 6:00 to 8:00 PM, at Watson Chapel Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at 10:30 AM, at Watson Chapel Baptist Church with Reverends Todd Howard and Steve Monk officiating. Interment will follow at 3:00 PM, at Copeland Ridge Cemetery, at Curtis, Arkansas.
