Jill D. Reynolds, 66, of Connellsville (Dunbar Township), passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 20, 2015, in UPMC Presbyterian, Oakland. She was born July 10, 1948, in Washington, Pa., a daughter of the late Howard C. Ferguson and Eleanor Moninger Ferguson Fait. Jill was a graduate of the former Dunbar Township High School with the class of 1966. She had formerly worked as a secretary for the Uniontown Herald Standard newspaper. Jill will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her loving son, Jeff Reynolds and wife, Melissa, of Connellsville; her grandchildren, who she dearly loved, Jesse and Savanna Reynolds; her brother, Jerry Ferguson and wife, Judy, of Cape Carteret, N.C.; and her sister, Jane McGann and husband, Richard, of Charlotte, N.C. In addition to her parents, Jill was predeceased by her husband, William H. Reynolds; and a brother, James Ferguson. Family and friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and form 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, the hour of a funeral service in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville, 724-628-1430, with Pastor Dan Androsik Jr., officiating. A committal service and interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville.
