Mrs. Adams, 87, died Monday at St. John West Shore Hospital in Westlake.
She was a graduate of Cleveland Heights High School and the Spencerian Business College.
Mrs. Adams was an active member of Rocky River United Methodist Church since the 1940s, where she served on the education commission for several years. In the 1950s, she was president of the Rocky River Women's Club.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at the church, 19414 Detroit Rd., Rocky River.
Survivors include a son, Stewart; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Arrangements are by Zeis-McGreevey Funeral Home in Lakewood.
