He was born on May 11, 1983, in Butler, the son of Lawrence Spencer and Jan (Fleeger) Campbell.

Tim was a member of Rider Lutheran Church. He worked for Isaaco Tile and Granite in Butler. He also owned and operated TRS Custom Care Audio.

Tim loved spending time with his family and his dog, Lucky. He also enjoyed building model cars and tinkering in his garage.

Surviving are his wife, Lindsey N. (Sutton) Spencer of Butler, whom he married Oct. 29, 2005; his father, Lawrence Spencer of Ambridge; his mother and stepfather, Jan Campbell and Frank McCane of Butler; his maternal grandparents, James and Barbara Fleeger of Butler; his paternal grandparents, Lance and Margaret Spencer of Ambridge; his brother, Christopher Dunn of Butler; and two stepsisters, Kellie Campbell of Pittsburgh and Mallory (Billy) Collins of Greenville.
