Gayle L. Ford, 49, of Momence, died Sunday, May 30, 2004 at her home after a long illness.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Cotter Funeral Home in Momence, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday. Rev. William Steger will officiate.
Burial will be in Momence Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Easter Seals, Hospice of Kankakee Valley or to the Fairygod Mother Foundation.
She was born March 10, 1955 in Chicago, the daughter of Otha K. and Mary J. Antoff Lewis. Her father is deceased.
Surviving are one daughter, Brianne Ford of Momence; her mother of Momence; and one brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth O. and Joyce Lewis of Oak Forest.
She was a NASCAR fan.
