Survivors include Wife Glenda Parks of Kingston; Sons Ronald Brian Parks and wife Janet of New Baltimore, MI; Roger Harold Parks of Kingston; Daughters Keri Lianne Parks of Knoxville; Dianne Kay Spicer of Kingston; Grandchildren Jade Elyse Gregg; Lance Tyler Parks and wife Stacy; Austin James-Alan Parks; Chase Riley Parks; Clint Cooney; Connor Cooney; Tyler Allen Baker; Dylan Matthew Spicer; Kylee Rayne Robinson;

Funeral 2pm Tuesday June 23, 2015 in the Kyker Chapel. Burial in Roane Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until 2pm Tuesday at the Kyker Funeral Home in Kingston.
