Della was born in Rolla, Missouri on August 26, 1925 to the late Clarence and Mable (Knox) Schwartz.
She peacefully passed away on June 15, 2015 in Fishers, Indiana.
Della spent her early childhood in Missouri and was 1943 graduate of Waynesville High School. On January 5, 1944 she married B. Lloyd Bailey. He passed away on October 30, 1984. Mr. and Mrs. Bailey came to Marion in 1958. Della was a seamstress for the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System and retired in 1985. In her free time Della enjoyed needlework, especially crocheting and vacationing with her family to Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. She was a devoted Christian and her faith guided her throughout her life. Her children and grandchildren will forever miss her loving affection.
