BOSSIER CITY, LA - Celebration of life for Mrs. Maggie P. Garner, 86, will be at 11:00 am Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Bossier Missionary Baptist Church 809 Hamilton Road. Bossier City, LA. Rev. George L. Monroe will be officiating. Interment will follow at Round Grove Memorial Park 2829 Round Grove Lane, Shreveport, Louisiana.

Open visitation will be from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Friday June 19, 2015 at Bossier Missionary Baptist Church.

Mrs. Garner entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 10, 2015.

She is survived by her three daughters, Cassandra (Herman) Neal, of Ullin, Illinois; Phyllis Parker and Millicent Parker both of Bossier City, Louisiana; two sons Richard Garner and Milford (Bernetta) Parker both of Bossier City Louisiana: one sister Naomi (Rev. Eddie) Hargo, Jackson, Mississippi; seventeen grandchildren and a host of great grands, nieces and nephew, friends and "fishing buddies". Special friends Juanita Myles and Kathleen Gee both of Bossier City.
