Survivors include her mother, Nancy, father, William, stepfather Stanley, and stepmother, Judy, all of Portland; sister, Cindy of Portland; brothers, William of Yacolt, Wash., George of Mokena, Ill., and Jason of Portland; and grandmother, Dorothy Cook of Portland.
Disposition was by cremation. Arrangements are by Rose City Cemetery and Funeral Home.
