Barbara Marie Shehee, 72, of Savannah, passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital on June 16, 2015. Barbara was born on December 15, 1942 in Junction City, Kansas, to the late Marion and Juanita Artes.
She has been a resident of Savannah since the 1970's. She was a devoted wife, and was everyone's Mom. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and always put them before herself. She was preceded in death by not only her parents, but her husband of over 49 years Malcolm Shehee, her daughter Sherril McCoy, and her sister Jan Hartung. She is survived by her daughters Christine Pawloski-Nolan and Kathy Leonor and her husband Ting, eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Saturday, June 20 at Fairhaven Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel with Rev. Roger Gregory officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenwich Cemetery.
