Florence L. Fallows was born Nov. 14, 1912, in Grand Forks, N.D. She moved to Portland in 1953 and was a billing clerk for the Oak Lodge Water District for 18 years. She moved to Albany about three years ago. In 1937, she married Leonard; he died in 1984.
Survivors include her son, Larrie M.; daughters, MarJo Curtis and Karen Capps; and four grandchildren.
