Wilson John Frank, 76, of Prescott, Arizona, was born on May 23, 1939 in Iowa City, Iowa.

He passed on to eternal life on June 9, 2015. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

He was baptized at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Maple River, Iowa. He attended Coon Rapids Annunciation grade school where he was also confirmed. He graduated from Coon Rapids High School in 1957.

Shortly after high school, he married, moved to California and worked in the construction field. After his five sons were born, the family moved to Grand Junction, Iowa where he worked for Rueter & Zenor Implement Co. as a mechanic for a number of years. In 1982, he moved to Prescott Valley, working in construction and eventually became the sole owner of High Valley Homes. He built several hundred homes during his career; from specs to prestigious custom homes within the tri-city area.

We called him Willie and he loved to boat, motor home travel and camp whenever the mood struck. Full retirement came in 2000. His skill set provided him with the gift to build things from scratch, like a 6 inch diameter water wheel, a tractor sculpture from scrap metal, a playhouse for grandson Tyler, numerous art projects, stone walkways, bird houses and a metal sculpture he referred to as The Garden Deva. He was skilled beyond description, there was simply nothing he couldn't build or weld.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, George and Gertrude; brothers, George, Kenneth, Jerome and Harold; sisters, Cleadith, Marion, Arlene and Deloras.

He is survived by wife Tammy; sons, Scott, Kevin, Trent (Heidi), David (Tami), Matt, Jeremy (Kim); sisters, Rosemary (Ed), Margery; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Our hearts are heavy for our loss but we know that his faith has led him to eternal life.

Funeral services will be private and Wilson Frank will be laid to rest at the Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott.
