Mary married James Joseph Keppel, May 2, 1887, Washington, District of Columbia. They had three sons and two daughters. James was born March 17, 1863, Carlow, Ireland, immigrated to New York City in 1884, and died January 30, 1921, Westwood, New Jersey. James was a Baptist Minister and a Colonel in the Salvation Army. He got a blister on his foot while preaching on the sidewalks of New York City. He died from blood poisoning of this blister.
