NOTE: There is some debate on Daniel James Collins Sr's middle name. Various sites (including FAG) list it as "Joseph", however after contacting owners of this information, none are able to provide documentation with any middle name. His son's (this memorial) middle name is listed as "James" in the U.S., World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-1918 (serial nbr 3238).
If anyone finds documentation of Sr's middle name, please provide to the owner of this memorial.

I (Heather Zell Bosley) visited the cemetery in June 2015 and could not find Daniel or his wife's headstone. The person I received the burial info from could not tell me if there were ever any headstones for he or his wife. She originally thought their grounds crew could place markers for me but they were not able to at this time.
