Florence Ruth Carter Morgan, 95, of Boise, ID, went peacefully to be with her Lord on June 14th, surrounded by her family.
Florence was born on December 10, 1919 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She dedicated her life to the care of her children and serving her Lord. She was greatly loved by those she touched.
She was married to Elijah Calhoun Morgan Jr., who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her parents and a sister.
She is survived by all seven of her children: Doris Williston, Franklin (Elisabeth) Morgan, Timothy (Susan) Morgan, Rebecca Hutchins, Elizabeth (Daniel) Thompson, Marcus (Lori) Morgan and Mary Morgan; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at Heritage Bible Church in Boise, ID on Monday, June 22, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. The graveside service will be held at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, Boise, ID on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
