The funeral of J. S. Reap was held at 10 o’clock yesterday morning from the family home at Thirteenth and Hickory Streets with services by Rev. Guy Murphy, pastor of the Hawley Memorial Church, and by Rev. W. J. E. Cox, pastor of the First Baptist Church.
The funeral was largely attended by friends of deceased and his sorrowing family. Interment was in Bellwood Cemetery. The following friends served as pallbearers:
Honorary-C. H. Triplett, Sr., E. W. Freeman, M. C. Cross, U. W. Poss, Charles Haycock, Dr. A. G. Thompson, J. O. Harrison, J. J. Dunlap, J. A. Racop and N. R. Rodgers.
Active-R. T. Brassell, J. T. Crawford, Dr. William Breathwit, Dr. T. W. Woodul, William A. Lowe, Gus Gresham, E. J. Herring and C. Y. Watts.
