She was the daughter of Augustus Carl and Zella Estell (Lehman) Youngberg. She married Donald R. Osborn, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are three daughters: Pam Newland, Atlanta, GA, and Candi Osborn and Kaye Donovan, both Elida; a sister, Carolyn Bousman, Orlando, FL; multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Carl Eugene.
A South High School graduate, she worked for the Lima News, housekeeping at motels and nursing homes. She was a Dietary Technician. She was a member of the First Assembly of God of Lima.
