ERNEST E. WHITE
ROME - Ernest E. White, 79, of 120 S. Haven Ct., Melbourne, Fla., died Saturday in Melbourne after a long illness.
He was born in Verona. In 1925 he married Ethel Patrick.
He resided in Florida ten years. Prior to that he was employed at the Rome Developmental Center 18 years. Before that he was a self employed farmer.
He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Melbourne and the New London Lodge, F&AM.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. William (Elaine) Irwin of Melbourne and a son, William E. White of Webster.
The funeral will be at 2 Wednesday from the Griffin and Aldridge Funeral Home, Rome. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. Calling hours are 6 to 9 tomorrow.
