Mary Helen Rauch Hannigan, 100, of Belpre, died June 16, 2015 at her residence. She was born at Lowell, Ohio on April 5, 1915 and was the daughter of the late John and Mary Philomena Lang Rauch.

She was a member of the St. Ambrose Catholic Church, the St. Ambrose Catholic Women's Club and was a member of the Belpre Senior Citizens where she loved to do quilting. She was a two time Apple Pie Champion of Belpre.

Survivors include her 6 children, 16 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 26 great grandchldren, 7 step great grandchildren, a sister, sister-in-law, 2 brothers-in-law.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas J. Hannigan, 7 brothers, Louis, Floyd, Clarence, Clement, Ernest, John, Jake, 5 sisters, Agnes, Hilda, Helen, Mildred, and Anna.

Mass of Christian of Burial will be on Friday, at 11:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church with Father Robert Gallagher as celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery at Little Hocking, Ohio.
