Jabez Fitch wife, Lydia (Lydia was born Lydia Huntington on Oct 27,1735, the daughter of Ebenezer and Sarah (Leffingwell) Huntington, in Norwich, New London Co., Connecticut and died April 3rd 1803 in Vergennes, Addison Vermont. She Married Jabez Fitch 1729-1806,on August 22nd 1754, in Canterbury, Windham Co., Connecticut.)

Jabez is my second cousin and a descendant of Mayflower Pilgrim William Bradford, my 8G Grandfather!

Jabez Fitch was Laura's 5th Great Grand Father.

He is the son of Col Jabez Fitch and Lydia Gale, who were both buried at Cleaveland Cemetery, Canterbury, Connecticut.

According to "The Huntington Family In America 1633-1915, Page #445" he died at his son's home, Dr. Chauncy Fitch, in Sheldon, VT
