Wilson J. Asbill was born May 7, 1898, in Jackson County, Ky., the son of William S. and Mahala Asbill Asbill. He married Pearl Powell Nov. 29, 1922, in Bloomington. Surviving are his wife; son, Ronald; and two grandchildren.
One brother, two sisters and two half sisters preceded him in death.
He was a member of the Cave Spring, Ky. Christian Church and the Tazewell County Farm Bureau. Mr. Asbill farmed most of his life near Minier, retiring in 1963. He then worked for 10 years at Graff Feed Store in Minier.
