Cathy Jean Poe McClure, 64, passed away June 14, 2015 at her home. She was born February 21, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late J.N. and Grace Alene Ishmael Poe. She was a former member of Kento-Boo Baptist Church and attended Harmony Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Tony (Raven) Closser of Erlanger and Brandi Smith of Georgetown; grandchildren, Tasha Closser, Jordan Closser, and Allyson Smith; brother, John Poe of Lexington; sister, Nancy Keckeley of Lexington, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside services will be 10am Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Pythian Grove Cemetery in Berry, Kentucky. Honorary bearers are John Poe, Johnny Tate, Xander Dickerson, Jordan Closser, and Chris Parker.
