HIBBERD, Alma V., age 92 of Springboro passed away Monday, February 22, 2016 at her residence while in the care of Hospice of Miami Valley. She was born January 12, 1924 in Dayton, OH to the late Roy V. and Mable Marie (Deweese) Harris.

In addition to her parents, Alma was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Robert N. Hibberd in 2001 and her siblings. Alma is survived by her children, Sandy (Gene) Giffin of Franklin, David (Lilly Ann) Hibberd of Texas and Gary Hibberd of Springboro; five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Alma was a 1942 graduate of Centerville High School and worked for many years in food service while raising her family. Employers included the Warren County Career Center cafeteria, various catering companies and Adessa Concessions. Alma was always active in her youth playing softball on many leagues and gardening with her husband.

Services trusted to the care of Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville will serve as her final resting place.
