Doris Headrick Coffman age 93, was born on October 15th, 1921 and died June 11th, 2015. She was born to Clyde and Ethel Warren Headrick. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church, Pleasant Grove. She loved everyone she met. She was predeceased by her husband Clifton D. Coffman, her parents and three brothers, Wayne, Omar and Wendell Headrick. She is survived by one brother, Rex E. Headrick (Nancy), sisters-in-law Ivalene Coffman and Ester Headrick, two sons, Dennis W. Coffman (Julie), Robert E. Coffman (Sherri), five grandchildren Jason (Melissa), Wesley, Tyler, Teri, Tanner and numerous nieces, nephews, close friends and a very special friend, Hazel Wheeler and the Wheeler family.
