Funeral Rites Held For Albert F. Lisby
Rites were held at the Vandivier Funeral home Saturday afternoon for Albert F. Lisby, age 54, laborer who passed away early Thursday morning at his home, 948 North Jackson Street.
Services were conducted by the Rev. James P. Wilbourn, pastor of the First Baptist Church. Casket bearers were Levi Pendleton, Theodore Shepherd, Ora Keith, Robert Mallie, Henry Clarkston and Alfred Keer.
Mr. Lisby died following an illness of only one hour. Death was due to heart trouble. Burial took place in Greenlawn Cemetery.
The deceased had resided in Johnson County and Franklin for the past ten years, having previously resided in Indianapolis. He was a native of Hendricks County.
Three sons and the widow survive.
