Mae Baugh, nee Hudson, age 88, of Shiloh, IL formerly of Fairview Heights, IL, born on May 24, 1927, in Walnut Ridge Arkansas, died on Sunday, June 14, 2015 at the Fountains of Shiloh.
Mae was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Fairview Heights, IL, United Methodist Women, former Girl Scout leader, and a member of the welcoming committee at the Fountains of Shiloh.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles I. Baugh, her parents, Edgar and Eula, nee Hibbard Hudson; her sister, Naomi (John) Otte and her granddaughter-in-law, Marquitta Jacob.
She is survived by her twin daughters, Sheila (Mike) Smith of Woodlawn, IL and Shirley Baugh of O’Fallon, IL; her grandchildren, Jeff Klein, Jason (Katie) Klein, Kyle Jacob and Keith (Juli) Jacob; her great-grandchildren, Beckette & Axel Klein and Kolby and Berkeley Jacob; her step-grandchildren, Brent (Kim) Smith and Keyma (James) Mount; her step-great grandchildren, Hannah & Asa Smith and Lilly and Macy Mount.
Memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, McKendree University or to Hospice of Southern Illinois, Inc.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Kassly Mortuary Chapel, Fairview Heights, IL with Pastor Shane Bishop and Rev. Troy Benton officiating. Interment will be Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
