Clarence Carvin Dies in Kansas City, MO

Clarence Carvin, age 59, a former resident of Johnson County died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Walter T. Scholler, in Kansas City, Mo., Thursday after a brief illness from pneumonia. The body will be brought to Edinburg for burial. Short services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock.

Mr. Carvin was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John A. Carvin of Edinburg. He was born in Edinburg where he lived until after the death of his father. He later made his home with his sister, Mrs. S. C. Yager in Franklin, and after her death went to the home of another sister, Mrs. W. T. Scholler in Kansas City, where he resided until his death.

Surviving are Mrs. Scholler of Kansas City and a brother, Edgar Carvin of Indianapolis, and several nieces and nephews.
