Francois was born in Fort Detroit at which time it was French Canada. However, due to FAG limited choices I had to use USA as a birth place. Francis was the son of Francois and Elisabeth Parent. He married first to Marie Jeanne Langlois on Feb. 09, 1808 in Assumption Church. After Marie's death he married Cecile Seguin-Laderoute on Jan. 29, 1817.
