Amber Leigh Knickerbocker-Wise, 40, of Amarillo, died Friday, June 12, 2015.

Services will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Amber was born Dec. 12, 1974, in Corpus Christi to Jeff and Vicki Knickerbocker. She was a registered nurse. She loved photography, art, music and her favorite flowers — Stargazer lilies, daisies and orchids.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Wise of the home; her mother, Vicki Clifton and husband Dwight Carver of Amarillo; her stepmother, Stella Knickerbocker of Amarillo; a son, Dylan Newcomer of Amarillo; a stepbrother, Chris Shadbolt of Amarillo; a stepsister, Sharmain Shadbolt-Westmoreland of Amarillo; two stepsons, Jacob and Caleb Wise, both of Amarillo; an aunt, Kathy Porter of El Paso; and an uncle and aunt, Noel and Pam Clifton of Amarillo.

The family requests memorials be to American Heart Association, 6605 W. Interstate 40, Building A6, Amarillo, TX 79106, or Amarillo Humane Society, 3501 S. Osage St, Amarillo, TX 79118.
