Mills Cosby Starley, 69, died Thursday June 29, 2006. Services will be at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Vinson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Starley was a native and resident of Wilkinson County. He was retired as a Food Service Supervisor at Central State Hospital and Youth Development Center with 30 years service. He was preceded in death by his parents Mills Jackson Starley and Lila Mae Youngblood Starley and a brother Curtis Starley. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Survivors include two brothers Jim Larry Starley, Sr. of Milledgeville and Randy Jackson Starley of Gordon, a sister Lila Kay Gaskins of Gordon.
