Mr. Combs was retired from the United States Army & was a veteran of Iraq War.

Mr. Combs's funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM, Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY with military honors.
