Mr. Binversie was born Jan. 11, 1945, in the Town of Meeme, son of the late Henry Binversie and Elizabeth Baer Binversie. He attended Kiel High School and was graduated with the class of 1963. He served in the United States Army Reserve. He married Fay Langenhan, June 17, 1967, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, School Hill. The couple settled on the Binversie homestead farm in the Town of Meeme. Mr. Binversie was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, School Hill, the Mens Club of the chruch, and Manitowoc County Holstein Breeders Association. He was a dealer for Super Crest Seeds. He was also an alumni of Kiel Future Farmers of America.
Survivors include his wife, Fay; three sons, Scott, Michael and Jeffrey at home; his mother, Elizabeth Binversie of rural Manitowoc; three brother, Herman of Route 1, Kiel, and Robert and Stanley of Route 2, Kiel, and five sisters, Mrs. Lester (Dolores) Klingeisen of Cato, Mrs. George (Leona) Ziegelbauer and Mrs. James (Irene) Ziegelbauer of Green Bay, Mrs. Dean (Virginia) Brennan of rural Manitowoc, and Mrs. Gordon (Janet) Seichter of New Holstein. He was preceded in death by a brother. Friends may call at Meiselwitz Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Thursday where a wake service will be held at 8 p.m.
