He was survived by his wife, Lucy Ann Dawson, who was with him during his illness, of Albuquerque, NM. Surviving were two sons and his brother, Bruce Abner Dawson (1872-1939; FG# 106982099), of Hayden, Colorado. Also by a sister-in-law, Mrs. A. G. Dawson, of Denver, CO.
