Sally Ann Smith
At rest with the Lord is Sally Ann Smith. She joined Him on May 12, 2004 at the age of 56. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell with the Rev. Philip Bohlken officiating. Interment will follow at the Canyon Hill Cemetery, Caldwell.
She was born in California and came to Idaho with her husband, Jeff, in 1980. She had been employed in various occupations, among them optician with Eye Care Associates. She survived breast cancer, but endured complications throughout the rest of her life.
She is survived by her husband, Jeff, and three sons: Jeff Lilley, Mark Lilley, and Jason Smith. She is also survived by sisters, Nancie and Mary Lou; and two brothers, Jeff and Tim. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Krouse.
Memorials may be made to the Susan B. Kolman "Race For The Cure" Fund.
Friends may call Monday from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
