Drury "Gene" Clark of Lubbock passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the age of 95. He was born October 12, 1919 in Mantachie, MS to Fletcher and Alice (Blaylock) Clark. He worked as a farmer until his retirement in 1982. Gene was a member of the Lubbock Dance Club, Farm Bureau and AARP. He will be missed and was loved by his family and all that knew him.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Gary Clark and wife Glenda of Lubbock; three sisters, Olene McCann, Emma Starr and Sandra Behan; one grandchild, Jonathon Clark of Mansfield and three great-grandsons, Ethan Digby and Jacob Digby both of Ropesville and Daniel Clark of Mansfield.

Gene was preceded in death by his four wives, Oleta Cary, Louise Beavers, Dorothy McCullough and Merle Shipley; one son, Stanley Clark and one granddaughter, Mysti Digby.
