A prayer service was held on Tuesday, May 26 2015 at 6:00pm in the Wright Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Brown officiating. Services were under the direction of Wright Colonial Funeral Home.
Shawna was born on October 21 1973 in Abilene, TX to Douglas Morris and Barbara D Cummings Morris Hightower Weddle. After the death of her father, Mr Hightower adopted her as well as her brother and sister.
She loved riding motorcycles. Shawna enjoyed doing interior decorating, cooking and spending time with her family. She was a mother to one son and one daughter. Shawna found great enjoyment and satisfaction doing her profession as a nail technician.
Shawna was survived by her mother and step-father; Barbara Dean and David Glen Weddle of Snyder, TX; her son, Brandon K Scott of Snyder, TX; her daughter, Jacee L Hand of Abilene, TX; her sister, Suzy (Billie) Stover of Abilene, TX; several uncles and aunts, nephews and nieces; and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas Morris and her brother, Melvin Hightower.
