He was born in Hazard, Kentucky on June 24, 1967, the son of Floyd and Della Sizemore Baker.
He is survived by his wife: Dulcena Baker; three daughters: Paschaline Baker, Kendra Baker and Felicia Winchester; three brothers: Carl Baker, David Baker and Floyd Baker Jr. three sisters: Eva Baker, Brenda Baker and Gypsy Gibson.
Funeral services were held Saturday, January 14, at 11 a.m., at the Hickory Gap Pentecostal Church, Yerkes, Kentucky, with
Steven Fugate officiating. Burial followed at the Baker Cemetery, Yerkes, Kentucky. Under the direction of Hindman Funeral Services, Hindman, Kentucky.
