Eleanor Lee Neal 70, of Indianapolis, died February 6, at her home after a long struggle with lung disease.

Eleanor, known lovingly as "Ellie" to all who knew her, is survived by her husband, Sherman H. Neal; her sons and daughter-in-law, Eric D. Neal of Fishers, Scott H. and Marjorie S. Neal of Indianapolis, and Ryan A. Neal of Portland, OR; her grandchildren, Jessica Neal Coffman (husband Kevin), Bryce Neal, Jayme Neal, Logan Neal, Jacob "Jack" Neal and Hannah Neal; and her great-granddaughter, Addysan Coffman. She is also survived by her mother, Jeanetta Boswell, sisters, Susan DeHart and Margaret Tharp, brothers, Gail (wife Debbie), Daniel (wife Pat), Gary, Charles (wife Jackie) and Jeffrey (wife Lisa) and special family friend David Jackson.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her father, John Boswell; and brothers, John and Joseph.
