Anthony C. Branca, Sr., age 75 years, of Norristown, PA died on Thursday, October 18, 2012 in the Regina Nursing Center in Norristown where he had been a guest since May of 2011. Mr. Branca was the husband to the late Ceida (Puleo) Branca who died in 1995. Born in Norristown on July 15, 1937, Anthony was an only child born to the late Anthony and Leonora (Pilla) Branca. Mr. Branca formerly owned and operated Tony-Cee Enterprises before he retired. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Norristown and a member of the Holy Family Council #3327 Knights of Columbus, Bridgeport, PA, Father Joseph C. Tomko Assembly. Anthony loved to be with his grandchildren, traveling, and he also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Anthony's "Life Celebration" on Sunday evening, October 21, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Boyd-Horrox Funeral Home of East Norriton, PA, 200 West Germantown Pike, (610-277-7000) and again at the funeral home on Monday, October 22nd from 8:15-9:15 AM. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Monday in St. Francis of Assisi Church, West Marshall and Hamilton Streets, Norristown. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, 2400 DeKalb Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401.
