Berney Calvin Halsell, 76, of Spring, Texas, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015, at Houston Northwest Medical Hospital.
He was a retired postal employee. He was an Air Force veteran of 22 years. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather, loved by all his family. His love for family and friends was unending. He never met a stranger. He was a beautiful and honorable man.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Halsell; mother, Eula Gully Halsell; and three grand-children.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Maudry Margie Halsell; his children, Marjorie Taylor and husband Billy Taylor, Jeffrey Halsell and Debra Styles and husband Gregg Styles; grand-children, Christopher Taylor, Jeffrey Halsell Jr., Summer Styles and Jennifer Halsell; and 10 great-grand-children.
