He grew up in Junction City and graduated from Oregon State College in Corvallis, OR. He was a big sports fan and an avid supporter of OSU sports programs.
He was a farmer (Golden Grass Farms), a construction truck driver, and co-owner of Lingo's Antiques. He always had a smile on his face and was ready to share a joke or two.
He was preceded in death by wife, Patricia and son, Stephen.
