Myra McDonald Williams, age 58 years, passed away June 9, 2015 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Texas.

Myra was born October 23, 1956 at Max Mixson Memorial Hospital in Kirbyville, Texas and lived most of her life in Southeast Texas.

She worked at Portor’s Flooring of America, which was the loved of her life for over 10 years. That was her family too, and she loved them dearly. Myra was a people person who never met a stranger. She either knew them, or found a way to relate to them.

Myra is preceded in death by Bobby Williams, her husband and best friend, her dad, Harold McDonald, and E.J. Kuykendall, her special friend, step father, Bill Lee, step brother, Charlie Lee grandparents and great grandparents.

Surviving to remember her special times are mother, Essie Marie Lee of Buna, step brothers, Bill Lee II of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Paul Lee of Nederland, Texas, step sisters, Joanne Whitten of Orangefield, Texas and Stella Godbold of Tomball, Texas, many cousins and friends. She was Mimi or Aunt Myra to many children she loved as her own.

Funeral services will be 2pm Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Buna, Texas.

Burial at 4pm at Swearingen Cemetery between Fred and Warren, Texas.
