He was born on March 15, 1926 in Kilgore, Texas to the late Archie T. Sanders and Nellie Stakes. He retired after 45 years of service in Industrial Sales, and served our country honorably in the United States Navy during WWII.
Archie is survived by his son, Randy Sanders and his wife, Maxine of Beaumont; daughter-in-law, Vicci Sanders of Houston; grandson, Kris Sanders and his wife, Jaylyn of Lumberton; great-grandsons, C.J. Sanders of Lumberton and Devin Sanders; and great-granddaughter, Alexus Sanders of Lumberton.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Betty Ann Morrison Sanders.
Cremation was held under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland.
