CALDWELL—Joint funeral services for David Ralph Conaway, 22, and his wife Cheryll Irene Conaway, 22, both of 1608 Fillmore, Caldwell, who died Friday of injuries received in a one-car accident on Interstate 80, one-fourth mile east of the Ada County line, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell.
The Rev. Marshall L. Vaughn of the Canyon Hill Church of the Nazarene, and Lois True of the Caldwell Holiness Church, will officiate. Interment will be at Canyon Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Conaway was born April 8, 1949 at Baker, Ore., a son of Vernon Ralph and Eloise Matthews Conaway. He spent his early life in Twin Falls and the Caldwell area. He entered the U.S. Marine Corps in May, 1967, and was honorably discharged on June 29, 1971. He was married to Cheryll Irene Tracy on Feb. 26, 1970 at Yerington, Nev. Upon his discharge from the service, they returned in 1970 to Caldwell, where they had since resided.
He was a member of the Nazarene Church.
Survivors include the couple's 10-monty-old daughter, Anjula Rene Conaway, of Caldwell; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mrs. Conaway, 22, was born Jan. 7, 1950 at Nampa, a daughters of Willard A. and Myrtle Case Tracy. She attended grade school at Pleasant Ridge and graduated from Vallivue High School, Class of 1968.
After she was married to David Ralph Conaway the couple made their home at Twenty Nine Palms, Calif.
She was a member of the Nazarene Church.
Survivors, in addition to their daughter, include her mother, Mrs. Myrtle Tracy of Caldwell; one brother, Gary Tracy of Caldwell; and numerous aunts, uncles, and uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father.
