Elizabeth Elaine Poole, 67, of Jena, left her earthly home on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, from the Jena Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jena.
She was born November 7, 1947 in Jena to the union of her parents, Surveal and Octavia Whitehead Poole.
Elaine was a homemaker.
Services were held at 10 a.m., Thursday, May 7, at the Belah Pentecostal Church in Belah with Rev. David Hutchinson officiating.
Interment followed in the Spring Ridge Cemetery in the Aimwell Hills in Catahoula Parish under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Odeatrice "Dee" Powell and Linda Haye.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 40 years, Clifford Poole; her children and their families, Tim Poole and wife Mia and their children and grandchildren, Chelsie Burns and her daughters Jaleigh and Faith, Matt Poole and his daughter Paisley, Miranda Poole, Laci Wilson, Hilaree Guin; Dale Poole and wife Angie and their girls, Ainslee and Jesilyn; Mindy Poole and her daughter Hannah; two sisters and two brothers and their spouses, Reba and Thad Randall, Ruby and Ricky Dannehl, Wayne and Donna Poole, and Dean and Mary Ann Poole; and too numerous to mention, her sisters and brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors, friends, brothers and sisters in Christ, and countless others who loved and will miss this beautiful lady.
